Clients see which times are taken and ask for a booking through the portal; you approve it, they get a confirmation email, and a reminder the day before. Today's visits are marked done or no-show in one tap.

Appointments

Every booking on a calendar, from request to done.

Apps

• Book an appointment: Book a client in four steps: who, which service, when and with whom, then check and save.
• Today's visits: Today's confirmed visits in time order: mark each one paid, done or a no-show.
• Requests to confirm: Bookings waiting for you: confirm one and the client gets an email, or decline it.

Automations

• Reminder the day before: At 10 in the morning the day before each confirmed visit, the client gets a reminder email and you get a note of tomorrow's visits.
• Booking confirmed: When a booking is confirmed, the client gets an email with its service and time.
• Booking cancelled: When a booking is cancelled or declined, the client gets an email asking them to choose another time.

Portal

Online booking: A link clients open to see your services and the times already taken, and to ask for a booking. Only services marked Bookable online are listed, and the calendar shows only each booking's service, time and staff member, never who it is for. Each request waits in your Requests until you approve it.
