Open jobs go on a careers page anyone can open; candidates never appear there.

Apps

• Add a candidate: Add someone who applied, with their CV, straight into Applied.
• Screening and interviews: Candidates being screened or interviewed, best rated first: invite them to interview, make an offer or turn them down in one tap.
• Interview scorecard: Straight after an interview, the interviewer adds it with a score, a recommendation and feedback.

Automations

• Interview today: At 8:30 in the morning, a reminder for each interview booked that day that has no score yet.
• New candidate: Each new candidate notifies you at once, so nobody waits long for a first reply.
• Candidate at offer: When a candidate moves to Offer, you get a notification to send the offer letter.

Portal

Careers: A careers page anyone can open: your open jobs with their department, location, type, description and how to apply. Jobs on hold or closed are not shown, and neither are salaries or anything about candidates.
