Stock and suppliers template
Projects and operations. A ready-made Kindrow section, free to add.
What you hold, what to reorder, and the purchase orders and deliveries behind it.
For a warehouse, a workshop or a restaurant kitchen. Each item keeps its stock from every delivery, use and count, its value at cost, and how many to order once it falls to its reorder level, counting what is already on order. Purchase orders go to your suppliers with their lines and totals, and marking one received adds its lines to stock. Suppliers can sign in to see the orders you placed with them.
What it does
- Stock worked out from every movement in and out
- Reorder suggestions that count what is already on order
- Purchase orders that add themselves to stock when received
- A sign-in for suppliers to see and confirm their orders

Apps
- Stock in: Add what came in: pick the item, type the quantity and where it came from.
- Stock out: Take out what was used, sold or thrown away, and say what for.
- To reorder: The items at or under their reorder level, lowest first, with their supplier. Once a purchase order for one is sent, it leaves the list.
Automations
- Delivery into stock: When a purchase order is marked Received, each of its lines is added to stock as a delivery, once.
- Time to reorder: When an item falls to its reorder level, with nothing on order to cover it, you get a notification with how many to order.
- Delivery due today: At 8 in the morning, a reminder for each purchase order expected that day that has not arrived yet.
Portal
Supplier orders: Each supplier signs in with the email on their Suppliers record and sees only the purchase orders you sent them, with the lines, dates and total, and can confirm each one. Drafts stay hidden. Sign-in keeps one supplier from seeing another's orders and prices, which a shared link would not; it needs Pro, so on Free this portal is not added.
Make it yours with Kindrow AI
Once it is added, ask Kindrow AI to change it, for example:
- I run a restaurant kitchen: track expiry dates on items and warn me three days before something expires.
- Add a second warehouse, and let each stock movement say which warehouse it is for.
