For a small shop selling clothes, cosmetics or home goods online, on social media and by phone. Products keep their price and stock, and the shop's link lets customers fill a cart and check out with pickup or delivery. Each order comes in with its lines and the customer's details, then moves from new to packed to shipped on a board. You hear when stock runs low, and customers get an email when their order is on its way.

Orders
Every order from the shop or the phone, from new to delivered.

Order lines
Each product in an order, with its quantity and price.
Fields: Item, Order (links to Orders), Product (links to Products), Quantity, Unit price, Line total.

Apps
- Pack and ship: The orders still to send, oldest first: mark each one packed, then shipped or picked up.
- Phone order: Take an order on a call or a message: the customer, how they want it, the total. It gets a PH number and starts as New.
- New product: Photograph a new product and put it in the shop with its price and stock.
Automations
- Running low: When a product's stock drops below 5, from an order or by hand, you get a notification to restock it.
- Order shipped: When an order moves to Shipped, the customer gets an email that it is on its way (when the order has their email).
- New order for the team: Each order added, from the shop once you accept it or taken by phone, notifies the people you share this section with, so it is packed the same day.
Portal
Shop: Your shop's link: customers browse the products marked In the shop, fill a cart and check out with pickup or delivery. Each order waits in Requests until you accept it; accepting adds the order with its lines and takes the items off the stock. Taking orders needs Pro: on Free the link shows the products and prices only.
