Repairs from the first report until they are fixed.

Apps

• Record rent: Log a rent payment against its lease in a few taps.
• Repairs: Open repairs, oldest first: schedule them, start the work and mark them done.
• Report a repair: Note a repair the moment a tenant calls, straight into Reported.

Automations

• Lease ending in 30 days: Thirty days before a lease ends, at 9 in the morning, it moves to Ending and you get a reminder to renew it or find a new tenant.
• Urgent repair: A repair marked Urgent notifies you at once, so it is not left waiting.
• Lease ended: The day after a lease's end date, it moves to Ended and you get a reminder to set its unit to Vacant and advertise it.

Portal

Available units: A link to share with people looking for a place to rent. It lists only vacant units marked Advertise, with their picture, size and rent. Tenants, leases and payments are never shown.
